- Hours Open: 8am – 6pm
- Weeks Open: 51 weeks a year
- Closure Period: 1 weeks over Christmas, bank and public holidays

- Full Day: 8am – 6 pm
- Morning: 8am – 1pm
- Afternoon: 1pm – 6pm
- School: 8am – 3pm (Moor Park Only)
- School Readiness: 9am-12pm (Hayes and Harlingdon Only)
Other Fees
Deposit: £250 (deducted from final fees)
Payable by parents who require additional care hours above entitled funded hours.
- Our care fees are an average weekly fee which are billed monthly, pro rata, based on the number of sessions the child will be attending in the calendar month..
- Our care fees are based on sessions. ‘Morning’ and ‘Afternoon’ sessions are a 5 hour session 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm. A ‘School Session’ is a 7 hour session from 8am-3pm at Moor Park / Northwood only and a ‘Full Day’ is equivalent to 2 sessions, from 8am-6pm. A ‘School Readiness’ is a 3 hour session from 9am-12pm, Monday to Friday at Hayes and Harlington only.
- A child needs to attend a minimum of 3 sessions / 15 hours per week.
- ‘All year around’ covers 51 weeks whereas ‘Term time only’ covers 38 weeks of child care.
- Our care fees include consumables* that cover meals, nappies and enhanced provisions per session which is £7.50.
- The consumables* fee is an optional fee for funded only 15 / 30 hours only, which parents need to Opt-In or Opt-Out of. Please refer to the ‘Consumables and Enhanced Provision‘ to understand what is included and excluded.
- If parents / carers decide to Opt-Out, meals and nappies will need to be provided. Please refer to our ‘Lunch Box Policy’.
- Fees are payable one month in advance and there is a late charge of £30 will be applied after 10 calendar days.
- A late pickup fee of £20 for every 10 minutes is applicable for late pickups.
