Other fees
Deposit: £250 (deducted from final fees)
Payable by parents who require additional care hours above entitled funded hours.
Our fees are weekly and are billed monthly, pro rata, based on the number of sessions the child will be attending in the calendar month.
Our fees are based on sessions. ‘Morning’ and ‘Afternoon’ sessions are a 5 hour session 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm. A ‘School Session’ is a 7 hour session from 8am-3pm at Moor Park / Northwood only and a ‘Full Day’ is equivalent to 2 sessions, from 8am-6pm.
A child needs to attend a minimum of 3 sessions / 15 hours per week.
‘All year around’ covers 51 weeks whereas ‘Term time only’ covers 38 weeks of child care.
Our fees include consumables* that cover meals, nappies and enhanced provisions per session which is £7.50.
The consumables* fee is an optional fee for funded only 15 / 30 hours only, which parents need to Opt-In or Opt-Out of. Please refer to the ‘Consumables and Enhanced Provision' to understand what is included and excluded.
If parents / carers decide to Opt-Out, meals and nappies will need to be provided. Please refer to our ‘Lunch Box Policy’.
Fees are payable one month in advance and there is a late charge of £50 will be applied after 10 calendar days.
