Opening schedule

  • Days Open: Monday – Friday

  • Hours Open: 8am – 6pm

  • Weeks Open: 51 weeks a year

  • Closure Period: 1 weeks over Christmas, bank and public holidays

Sessions

  • Full Day: 8am - 6 pm

  • Mornings: 8am – 1pm

  • Afternoon: 1pm – 6pm

  • School: 8am - 3pm (Moor Park Only)

Moor Park Fees

Other fees

  • Deposit: £250*

    The deposit is only requested if you choose us to provide ‘All Year Around’ care with additional hours on top of the funded hours.

    This fee is a refundable deposit which is deducted from the final fees.

Hayes and Harlingdon Fees

  • Our fees are weekly and are billed monthly, pro rata, based on the number of sessions the child will be attending.

  • Our prices are based on sessions. Each session (Morning or Afternoon) is a 5 hour session and a ‘Full Day’ is equivalent to 2 sessions (10 hours). We do offer a third session, School, from 8am-3pm at Moor Park only.

  • A child needs to attend a minimum of 3 sessions / 15 hours per week.

  • ‘All year around’ covers 51 weeks whereas ‘Term time only’ covers 38 weeks of child care.

  • Our fees include consumables and enhanced provisions* that cover milk, nappies, snacks, lunch, age related resources for early years development etc per session which is £7.50.

  • *The consumables fee is an optional fee for 15 / 30 hours funded only children, which parents need to Opt-In or Opt-Out of. Please refer to the ‘Consumables and Enhanced Provision' to understand what is included and excluded.

  • Fees are payable one month in advance and there is a late charge of £50 will be applied after 10 calendar days.
